Access routes and surrounding areas are protected before work begins. The existing bathroom suite, furniture, tiles and floor coverings are then carefully removed as required. Waste and skip arrangements are agreed before the removal begins.

Water supplies and waste pipework are adapted to suit the agreed bathroom layout. Where required, existing walls are altered and new partition walls are built to create the planned positions for the bath, shower, toilet, basin and bathroom furniture.

Walls and floors are assessed, repaired, reinforced, boarded, plastered or levelled where required. Proper preparation creates stable, suitable surfaces before tiling, painting and installation begin.

Shower areas are waterproofed using a suitable tanking system, with careful sealing around corners, joints and pipework before tiling begins.

Required electrical work can be coordinated for lighting, extractor fans, illuminated mirrors, shaver points and electric underfloor heating.

Tile layouts are planned before fitting, with careful attention to alignment, cuts, trims, grout colour and niches. Bathroom furniture, sanitaryware, screens and fittings are then installed in their agreed positions.

The bathroom is completed with the application of silicone sealant and the installation of final fittings. All work is checked, the room is cleaned, and the finished bathroom is reviewed with the customer at handover.
